This site is a tribute to Maria Reid, our very much loved and missed mum, daughter, sister, nanny and good friend to many.  She is much loved and will always be remembered.

As many of you already know, last year, Maria was diagnosed with rare and aggressive brain tumours.  She fought these tumours with such courage and bravery and did not let them stop her from carrying on and doing some of the things she wanted to do and visiting places she had always wanted to go.  She even managed to travel to Jamaica for a wonderful holiday in December 2023, somewhere she had always wanted to go, she got there and loved every minute!  We truly admire her enormous strength in fighting this awful disease to prolong her precious time with her family and friends.

We were heartbroken when she lost her battle against the tumours on Easter Monday. She passed away peacefully at home, where she wanted to be.
